Construction Layout
Construction Layout is the stake of reference points and markers that will guide the construction of new roads, buildings, utilities and more. These markers are usually staked out according to a suitable coordinate system selected for the project. As our Operations Manager says, “Buildings do not just magically appear”. There are reference points used to map out where structures are to be built or to show where they already exist. Our one-man survey crews utilize total stations for all Construction Layout & Land Surveying projects. They are backed up by Project Management Teams based out of our corporate headquarters in Central New Jersey. These teams handle the day to day operations and utilize up to date CADD Systems which is relayed to the field for your layout.

Drone Services
The rise of the drone industry has made it easier to perform certain surveying aspects for construction sites. This service provides high quality photos allowing you to see the full scope of your project along with topographic elevations, surface detail and earthwork monitoring, if requested. Adding the “progress of construction” service, allows you to periodically check on construction sites without physically going there. Land Surveying
Land Surveying is the technique, profession and science of determining the terrestrial or three-dimensional position of points and the distances and angles between them. These points are usually on the surface of the Earth and are often used to establish land maps and boundaries of ownership along with the locations of building corners, surface location of subsurface features or other purposes required by government or civil law, such as property sales.
